Polyurethane Sealant
Polyurethane adhesive and sealant is a quick setting, moisture cured, one part general purpose engineering and construction sealant used in the marine, automotive, engineering and construction industries. Generally used for sealing joints in concrete walls and floors; sealing and bonding fibre glass panels; bus and truck body panel construction; Marine bedding of deck fittings; and structural bonding and vibration damping.
Produces a tough elastic seal. Adheres to Masonry and Concrete, wood, metals (inc. Aluminium), plastics (PVC), rubbers, GRP, and most common building materials. Excellent resistance to water and UV radiation. Permanent elasticity under all climate conditions. Recommended for decking and flooring. Not recommended for use on glass, or for joints with movement greater than 25%. On very porous surfaces a primer may be necessary.
