- Your operating system and version — Windows 11, or macOS on Apple Silicon or Intel.
- The Cuberta version, and whether it is the installer or the portable build.
- The MCP client you connected, if the problem involves an agent.
- What you asked for, what appeared instead, and a screenshot if the eye can see it.
- The project folder helps most of all, if the scene is not confidential —
scene.jsonalone is often enough.
